Sharon Rundle

Sharon Rundle is a book editor, UTS Doctorate of Creative Arts, She is the Chair, UTS Writers' Alumni Network, Founding member of Asia Pacific Writers & Translators. Life member of Indian Association for the Study of Australia.

As an editor of anthologies of short stories by South Asian and Australian authors, and as a researcher in the field of South Asian-Australian novelists published in Australia, Sharon is privileged to read their narratives. During the past fifteen years, Sharon has had the pleasure of sharing these stories and have come to understand the importance of transnational literature.

Her research shows a consistent output of fiction by South Asian-Australian authors published in Australia since 1991. Many of these novels have won prestigious prizes. Sharon’s aim is to share and promote stories by South Asian and South Asian-Australian authors.
